HIBRID-E
HIBRID-E aims to support simultaneously the development of 21st century energies and Spain's energy transition. The project explores and develops a cutting-edge technical system that enables more effective handling of the increasing complexity of energy systems and supply. It focuses on systems for the storage and recovery of energy produced from renewable sources, the active participation of the final consumer and the increase of autonomy in the value chains, among others.
In order to overcome the difficulty of coming up with a unique technology solution that permits network optimization, hybridization, storage, and management for the integration of renewable energies, its primary goal is to enhance technological capabilities for sustainable energy autonomy.
HIBRID-E is a collaboration between the organizations EURECAT, IDP, nVision, S&C, COFRICO, CIBELIOS, IndoorClima, KEYTER, UPC and ARCbcn. In our case, we lead the strategic framework for the hybridization of multi-vector energy systems.
